You'll be aboard someone's yacht, often alone. Reliability and discretion matter as much as skill.
Every service we offer is built around a written checklist and a fixed standard — the same one every visit is measured against. New team members shadow a full visit before working unsupervised, and every job is checked against that standard, not just "does it look clean."
As we grow, there's a real path here — from technician, to leading your own patch, to running a site of your own.
